  Just ordered food from Uber eats McDonalds forgot the pop and the dip every time you order they forget something it’s a joke how hard is it to read a order then pack it

  Visited the branch on Wednesday evening. Made my order and was asked to wait in one of the bays. I don’t mind waiting as this gives you the impression that the food is being cooked and will be hot. Over a 10 minute wait and then when the food arrived everything we had ordered was cold. Two different burgers, both portions of fries and chicken nuggets. Not warm, but cold. I took them back into the store and asked for the manager who couldn’t look me in the eye. I asked for my money back and he couldn’t get to the till quick enough to refund me. Just a “sorry mate” Shocking service and shocking food, it happens more and more these days, I don’t know why we keep going back. Poor show all around

  11.30pm just caught it before they closed. Staff were exerllent security guard was great. I think the lady who served us had been there 20 odd years. Fair enough when I normally go to mcdonalds everyone running around. But it was nice to talk to them and that their not robots.

  Often get orders wrong or just don’t bother delivering your full order for example on the 12/04/26 at 21:25 am order was delivered where two milkshakes were not present in the delivery, the delivery driver said “it’s not my problem they only gave me that” and walk off! When a call was made to the store and answered by a certain member of staff and didn’t acknowledge the caller and stayed silent although the caller could hear background noise! Then after many attempts to call the restaurant the number was constantly busy as they left it off the hook The staff had done an end of shift clean down far too early so they could leave work early, meaning they had cleaned down the milkshake machines etc and simply decided not to deliver milkshakes!! The shift supervisor should be sacked as should the staff avoiding phone calls from customers as should the obnoxious delivery driver. This store needs to remind staff of McDonalds core values and management need to really consider how staff especially evening staff behave, awful customer service almost non existent. Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want the frustration of trying to get a refund on items missing or attempting to have complete order actually delivered!! Certain members of staff should be let go as they don’t seem to care about customers or simply are not be bothered!!! Not good enough McDonald’s!!! Very very poor
